The action-packed Freestyle Motocross (FMX) World Tour is making its way to the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) on March 25.
With acrobatic manoeuvers and death-defying stunts, the Penticton event will feature some of the top FMX riders in the world as they compete for the title of champion.
In addition to the main competition with pro-riders from X-Games, Nitro Circus and Red Bull X-Fighters, there will be exhibition runs and a best trick contest.
“We are thrilled to bring Freestyle Motocross to the South Okanagan Events Centre,” said Ralph, the event organizer.
FMX is a high-energy form of motocross where riders soar high in the air, jump over ramps, and do backflips, 360s and whip tricks.
“This is an event that is sure to thrill and excite motocross fans of all ages," Ralph adds. "We can’t wait to see the incredible stunts and tricks that our riders will be performing.”
The SOEC offers ample seating and great views of the action from all angles. Concession stands will be available for food and drink, and merchandise will be on sale.
Tickets go on sale on Jan. 20 at 10 am and can be purchased at ValleyFirstTix.com.
