With the Montana’s Brier scheduled to get underway next week, local curling fans have even more to look forward to as tickets to the 2025 event in Kelowna will be going on sale next month.
Announced on Friday, ticket packages will go on sale March 7 and include deals for the full event, championship or opening weekend and weekday bundles.
Single-draw tickets will be available for purchase in the fall when the TV schedules are finalized.
The 2025 event will mark the first time the Brier is held in Kelowna since 1968 when Team Alberta won the event.
The return of the Brier to the Okanagan will take place from Feb. 28 to March 9, 2025.
“The Brier is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our great city to visitors and the millions of fans watching the competition on TV from sea to sea across our country,” said Kelowna Mayor Tom Dyas at the October 2023 Brier announcement.
Tickets can be purchased online at this link and phone inquiries can be made to (250) 762-5050.
The 2024 Brier is being held in Regina and the winner of the event will book their ticket to come play in the Okanagan next year.
