It will be a battle of the two best teams in the BCHL as the Fred Page Cup Final gets underway in Surrey this weekend.
The final will pit the Surrey Eagles against the Penticton Vees for the championship.
The Eagles were the top team in the Coastal Conference while the Vees were the best in the Interior Conference.
Penticton has won 14 titles in total and is currently the winner of two consecutive championships.
A win and the Vees would become the first team to three-peat since the Vernon Vipers in 2009-11.
The two teams faced each other once this season with the Vees coming out on top 4-1.
Both teams were relatively unscathed in the first two rounds of the playoffs before needing seven games in each conference to decide a winner.
The Eagles defeated the Alberni Valley Bulldogs, while the Vees scored two goals in the final 30 seconds of their match against Salmon Arm to win.

This is the third time in playoff history these two teams have played in the finals.
In 1998, the South Surrey Eagles beat the Penticton Panthers in five games and more recently the Eagles defeated the Vees in six games to capture the 2013 title.
It's game on as the @PentictonVees go for the BCHL three-peat tonight in Surrey.

And to make it even more interesting, Mayor Bloomfield has issued a challenge to @SurreyMayor - mayor of the losing city has to don the winning team's jersey at a council meeting! #GoVeesGo pic.twitter.com/W1HIEJ0WdC
The Eagles have their eyes on becoming the first team from the Lower Mainland to win the Fred Page Cup since the Coquitlam Express won in 2014.
Games one and two are in Surrey and games three and four are in Penticton next Tuesday and Wednesday.
