My name is Graham Agassiz, and I was born and raised here in Kamloops BC. I’ve been a professional mountain biker for over 10 years, and consider myself an avid outdoorsman.
Why do you use Instagram?
I use Instagram as a marketing tool and a way to interact with other like-minded people and businesses. It’s almost an online magazine in a way for me, but it also takes a lot of time away from other things that I like to do.
What will people see on your feed?
People will see a lot of bike related posts, as well as some fishing and other outdoor recreation with friends and family. I got a lot of hobbies, so my day to day activities can vary as seen mostly on my stories.
Does your page have a specific style?
My page doesn’t really have a specific style, the majority of it is bike content, and I promote a lot of brands that I either work with or get support from. I try to keep content flowing and keep things relevant while trying to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I’ve found that I’ve been able to motivate a lot of different people through my account, and that makes feel really good. Giving inspiration to others to do more and experience things for themselves is really the ultimate goal for me.

How do you decide on your location for shoots?
Deciding on locations for shoots, there is a lot of variables and depends on the seasons and weather. For me this usually a bike related thing, so everything from location scouting to hours on google earth looking for things and places that are unique and that will showcase my riding the best. We spend a lot of time on this, a constant thought in the back of your head.

I follow Kamloops BC Now because I like to know what is happening in our community and see if there are ways that I am able to help or give my support in. I take a lot of pride being a local resident here, as this place in many ways has shaped who I am today.
