He was found safe and sound, they added.
(Original story: May 29 @ 5:40 am): Mounties in Salmon Arm have asked for the public’s help to find a missing man.
Kenneth Derkach, who police say usually frequents Third Street SW in Salmon Arm, was last seen on May 26.
Officers provided the following description of Derkach:
White
56
5 ft 7 in, with a slim build
150 lbs (68 kg)
Balding, grey hair
Grey beard
Hazel eyes
The RCMP said it is concerned for Derkach’s health and wellbeing and urges anyone with information his whereabouts to contact their local police, the Salmon Arm RCMP at 250-832-6044 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
