UPDATE: Coquihalla reopens south of Kamloops

(UPDATE: Oct. 8 @ 11:20 pm) - The Coquihalla Highway has reopened south of Kamloops.

It closed shortly after 6 pm after a vehicle incident, which was reported to be a jackknifed semi.

There will be delays in the area and the roads are still quite slick, however, so drive slow and cautiously.
