Okanagan residents will have a couple more opportunities to voice their opinions regarding the massive Blackmun Bay development planned in West Kelowna.
According to developers, the sessions Blackmun Bay representatives will be present to answer questions and "seek constructive feedback" from members of the community.
The proposed development would feature 60 townhomes, 280 apartments, a 120 room hotel and a marina with capacity for 241 boats.
Between March 2017 and February 2019, the development was scaled back from 15 to 10 storeys.
Approval would require rezoning the hillside property located at 2211 Campbell Road from an Agricultural to a Comprehensive Development Area.
The project is estimated to cost $200-million and create 800 construction jobs along with more than 300 operational jobs in West Kelowna.
