The first wave of the 2025 lineup for Sunfest Music Festival has been released, including this year’s headliner.
Laketown Ranch in the Cowichan Valley will once again host the 4-day festival from July 31 to Aug. 3, 2025.
This year’s lineup features some of country music’s biggest acts from across North America, including some rising stars.
On Friday, Aug. 1, fans will see Nashville-based multi-platinum recording artist Jordan Davis take the Laketown Ranch stage. This will be his first headlining arena world tour, including multiple Canadian stops.
Ashley Cooke, who won her first CMT award with the chart-topping single Your Place earlier this year, will also perform on Friday.
On Saturday, Aug. 2, country rocker Bailey Zimmerman, the 2023 CMA ‘Best New Artist’ nominee will take the headlining spot.
With an incredible two billion global streams in just the last year, Zimmerman has been on a meteoric rise since releasing his break-out single Fall In Love in early 2022.
Saturday will also see a performance from Chase Rice, known for his rugged Southern sound.
Then on Sunday, Grammy-winning sibling superstars Brothers Osborne will headline, and Sawyer Brown will hit the stage as well as Ontario’s own Owen Riegling.
Thursday July 31st will start the long weekend with a special kick-off party on the newly updated Lakenight Stage featuring Tim Hicks, one of Canada’s most prominent country music artists.
Supporting acts will soon be announced.
The festival hosts an impressive four-day event across three stages, plus a festival village with food and other vendors, activities, multiple full-service bars, a dynamic VIP area, flush toilets, showers and more.
For 2025, organizers have added glamping options, new premium seating areas and more.
Full Weekend, Single Day and Camping passes at Tier One pricing will be available Nov. 8 at 9am PST.
