A number of BC buildings and landmarks are lighting up purple for ALS awareness

June is ALS Awareness Month and British Columbia is showing its support early.

Today and on Tuesday, a number of buildings and landmarks throughout the province will be lighting up purple to show support for people living with ALS.

This follows the lead of the roundabout structure in Sicamous, which has been illuminated since last week.
