2 people arrested at Prince George home where man was shot earlier this month

Two people have been arrested in Prince George after a drugs raid.

A 28-year-old man and a woman, 35, were brought into custody without incident following the police action on Wednesday.

The home for which they had a search warrant was on the 1200 block of 5th Avenue.

Officers found fentanyl, cocaine and meth in the home, along with drug trafficking paraphernalia and cash.

They also found two BB guns, a pellet gun, tools and stolen IDs.

The arrested duo was released pending charge approval, police said.

Their residence was the scene of a reported aggravated assault on May 3, in which a man was shot and suffered life-threatening injuries.
