Witnesses sought in alleged Penticton assault

Police in Penticton are asking members of the public who witnessed an alleged assault earlier this month to come forward.

The incident occurred on July 12, 2025, at around 10 pm, and involved a male victim being allegedly assaulted by more than one person.

The alleged assault took place near the boardwalk at Lakeshore Drive West and Power Street in Penticton.

“There were several bystanders, including those with families, who may have witnessed all or part of the incident,” wrote the RCMP.

“If anyone has any information, they’re encouraged to contact the Penticton RCMP, (250) 492-4300.”
