That brings the number of candidates who will battle incumbents C.J. Rhodes and Jim King to seven.
Incumbents Mike Campol and Carol Youngberg will not be seeking re-election. Campol has accepted a new job and moved his family to West Kelowna.
The other candidates running for one of the four spots on Osoyoos Council include Kenny Music, Sy Murseli, Jane Long, Shelley McIntyre, Myers Bennettt and Sherani Theophilius.
Mayor Sue McKortoff’s only oppostion is fringe candidate Doug “Stoned Dan” Pederson, who has garnered very minimal support during numerous attempts at public office over the past several years.
