UPDATE: Missing Penticton man located

(UPDATE: Aug. 17 @ 9:00 am) - The Penticton RCMP have located a man who was reported missing earlier this week.

In a statement sent out Friday evening, officers said the 42-year-old man is safe and thanked the public for their assistance.


(Original story: Aug. 14 @ 4:45 pm) -The Penticton RCMP is hoping the public can help track down a missing man.

Bradley Friesen, 42, was last seen on Monday, Aug. 12, and reported missing later that day.

“Police are very concerned for Bradley Friesen’s health and well-being,” noted an RCMP release. “Friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.”

Friesen was last seen wearing shorts and a t-shirt, although police didn’t provide any further details on the clothes.

The RCMP did, however, provide the following description of the missing man:

  • Caucasian male
  • 42 years old
  • 6’1”
  • 200 lbs
  • Shaved head
  • Brown eyes

Anyone who sees Friesen or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact their local police.
