Candidates declared for Penticton's by-election

The City of Penticton has announced the candidates for the by-election set to happen in April.

On Friday, the city released the list of potential candidates that will replace the seat taken by former city councillor Amelia Boultbee who secured a spot in BC’s legislation this past October.

Those candidates include:

  • Aaron Baisarowicz

  • Bradley Bartsch

  • Juliana Buitenhuis

  • Jason Reynen

  • Ankit Sachdeva

  • Nick Stulberg

  • Riley Thompson


Advance voting for the by-election will be happening between 8 am and 8 pm on Wednesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 27.

Advance voting will be held at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre.

The final voting day will be happening on Saturday, April 5 between 8 am and 8 am at the same venue.
