With five Ribbers fighting for the "Best Ribber" title, you will definitely get some mouth watering ribs at this event. Come hungry! After you've eaten your weight in meat, there will be stellar musicians playing.
If you're looking for an ultimate Canadian party, look no further because it's at Gyro Park.
Festivities start at 8 a.m. with a pancake breakfast hosted by Elk's Lodge Penticton #51 and continue all the way to 8 p.m. with live music, entertainment and activities for everyone!

Pancake breakfasts are all the rage in the summer! Hop on the pancake wagon and make your way to the Oliver Community Centre at 8:30 a.m. for a yummy pancake breakfast to start the celebrations.
After you've filled up, hang around for bouncy castles, face painting and Canadian themed activities.
Like last year, there will be a community pool loonie swim from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
This Monday marks the 72nd year of the Osoyoos Canada Day Cherry Fiesta! This festival brings in over 30,000 people to celebrate Canada's 152nd birthday.
Kick off your day right with a $5 pancake breakfast in the Town Square. At 11 a.m., the parade starts on Main Street. Make sure you get there early to get a good spot!
The official ceremony starts at 1:05 p.m. at Gyro Beach followed by live entertainment, children's activities, the infamous Cherry Spit and more!
If you don't want to go for the day, that's a-okay! However, make sure you are at the beach for 10 p.m. because that's when the fireworks will go off! You definitely do not want to miss that. What's Canada Day without fireworks?
