The Okanagan may not always have the brightest winter skies, but this winter seems to be the exception.
Kelowna was blessed with another beautiful while the sun sank behind the mountains and cut into the clouds.
Some of our residents took the time to appreciate the setting sun (and snap a picture, of course).
@raegilbertson enjoyed the sunset and all it had to offer with a side of tea. Good call. Thanks for the thumbnail, Rachel!
As the sun got lower, it really started to bring out the reddish, purple hue that elicits those expressions of "Ooooh" and "Aaah."
It seems that on top of the surfers, dog-walkers, and cameras that the sun attracted Monday night, there were also a flock of ducks taking in the nighttime light show.
