Legendary singer-songwriter Paul Simon will be hitting the road this year.
The 83-year-old announced a major North American tour this morning that will see him play 55 shows in 20 cities over the course of five months.
All but one city on the tour will get multiple shows, which includes a trio of performances at The Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver.
A Quiet Celebration Tour will visit Vancouver on Friday, July 25, Saturday, July 26, and Monday, July 28.
The tour will give Simon a chance to present the live debut performance of his Grammy-nominated 15th studio album Seven Psalms, which was released to critical acclaim in 2023.
Of course, the 33-minute record won’t be the only thing he’ll perform, as fans can also expect the music icon to play a bunch of his timeless classics.
He’ll be joined by a large band for the tour, which will include Caleb Burhans, Jamey Haddad, Gyan Riley, Mick Rossi, Andy Snitzer, Nancy Stagnita, Mark Stewart and Eugene Friesen.
Tickets to see Simon in Vancouver this summer will go on sale through Live Nation at 10 am on Friday, Feb. 21.
