Rock fans won’t want to miss this show.
Godsmack and Volbeat have announced a joint North American tour that will stop in Penticton on April 27, 2019.
The Saturday night show will take place at the South Okanagan Events Centre, making it a perfect weekend of fun for music fans anywhere in the Okanagan.
Earlier this year, Godsmack released its seventh studio album, When Legends Rise, and have been touring it since May.
The band’s European tour was postponed last month after the death of Tony Rombola’s son, but it was rescheduled for early 2019 and will be followed up by this North American tour.
Volbeat, on the other hand, hasn’t released an album since Seal the Deal & Let’s Boogie came out in 2016, but the band does have a live album on the way.
Let’s Boogie! Live From Telia Parken is a 26-track record that commemorates and memorializes the band’s record-breaking 2017 concert.
It features a stacked set list of tunes and guest spots from Lars Ulrich, Danko Jones, Johan Olsen and more.
Tickets for the April 27 show go on sale through Valley First Tickets on Firday at 10 a.m.
They’ll set you back between $59.50 and $89.50 before taxes and other fees, but there’s also a meet and greet and VIP packages available too.
