KelownaNow presents Local Eats’ monthly feature OAK + CRU and the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort! This popular watering hole is known for their culinary cuisines inspired by Executive Chef, Daniel Craig, stunning views of the spectacular Okanagan Lake and, of course, a delicious cocktail menu.
Aside from their insta-worthy menu items and prime location, they also host amazing events.
OAK + CRU and the Grand Okanagan Resort are hosting Kelowna’s Best Patio Party on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. at the Conference Centre Patio, and you’re invited!
It’s been said that this will be the ultimate summer bash as this kitschy tropical themed event will have you dancing in the sand to the beats of DJ Krucial K while sipping on a cocktail with a tiny little umbrella (in case it rains).
Not only will the dance floor be lit, you can also play your favourite backyard games for prizes, enjoy sizzling eats fresh off the grill and enjoy refreshments from Kitsch Wines, Sandhill Winery and Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery.
Food items created by Chef Daniel will be served from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., and here's what you have to look forward to: spiked watermelon and strawberry skewers, crispy tuna poke with black garlic aioli, grilled chicken satays with a peanut glaze, mango slaw, and crispy halibut fish tacos, fresh guacamole, crunchy slaw, and chili aioli. Drooling? So are we.
And, there will be surprises popping up throughout the night, which you won't want to miss! So grab your hula skirts, Hawaiian shirts, leis and coconut bikinis and get ready to dance the night away at Kelowna’s Best Patio Party!
