This story shared on social media is warming a lot of hearts.
After somebody left a rose and a note asking for help from whoever found it at a lake in England, the individual who came across it shared their response.

Ian Bousfield, the head of the rowing club at a grammar school, found the note and the rose, which had an explanation and instructions.
“Please can someone throw this into the lake for me?” the writer of the note requests. “My late husband’s ashes are in the lake and I can’t get in my wheelchair anymore and [the] gates are locked.”
Bousfield shared the message on Twitter, then provided a photo to show that he had carried out the widow’s wish.
"This note was left on the gate at the water this afternoon. No name or number left but whoever you are, rest assured your rose is in place in the middle of the lake," wrote Bousfield.
The story has gone viral, and people are commenting on it hoping that the person who left the note found out that the rose was indeed put in the lake.
“This restores my faith in the world,” wrote one social media user.
