A mother in Nova Scotia is calling on the province's health authority to apologize after her 13-year-old son was twice sent home before ultimately undergoing emergency brain surgery. Jennifer Weatherbie said her boy, Paxton Clarke, nearly died during the ordeal, caused by an infection resulting from the streptococcus anginosus bacteria.
