Police in British Columbia's Okanagan region say three suspects have been arrested and charged in connection with the murders of two 30-year-olds whose remains were found near Penticton nearly three years ago.<\/a><\/p> A statement from the RCMP says the BC Prosecution Service has approved a charge of first-degree murder<\/a> against Jilane King in the killing of Douglas Barker.<\/p> King has also been charged with accessory after the fact in the killing of both Barker and Alannah Brown.<\/p> The Mounties say Simon Bourbonnais has been charged with manslaughter in Brown's death, in addition to the unlawful confinement of Brown, along with charges of indignity to human remains and accessory after the fact in both killings.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/p>
