Meet the Face of Cannabis in Penticton: Ryan Graham of Bluewater Cannabis

Bluewater Cannabis is the brand in the Okanagan Valley.

Bluewater, which has locations in Penticton and Oliver, is also proud to be one of the first 10 cannabis stores to open in BC.

“We care, we understand the market, we have our finger on the pulse for new products and Licensed producers, and above all we’ve brought back top-notch customer service,” says Ryan Graham of Bluewater Cannabis.

“All of these attributes are so incredibly important."

Bluewater Cannabis carries a massive selection in all departments from pre-rolls, edibles and CBD products to vape carts and a Large Craft Micro Section.

“Bluewater Cannabis guarantees we have the freshest products on the market!” stresses Ryan.

“No old goods. We would never sell a product that doesn’t line up with Bluewater’s standards."

Bluewater Cannabis is proud to have been nominated for ‘Penticton’s Best of 2021’ in the cannabis store category.

“It is huge for us,” says Ryan.

“And to actually take home bronze after only being open in Penticton for three months makes it so much sweeter. It confirms that our approach to excellence in total customer experience is working.”

As operating partner, Ryan is very hands-on, working behind the counter at both Bluewater locations and driving social media.

Ryan is also excellent at creating innovative ways to get the Bluewater brand to consumers in what he calls an environment of government gross overreach setting up barriers for stores.

“We want to showcase our stores and let customers experience our brand and culture to the ultimate,” says Ryan.

Ryan has been involved in the industry since the Bluewater store in Oliver was one of the first in the province to open more than two and a half years ago.

“I have seen legal retail cannabis grow from day one to today, and let me tell ya, what a ride it’s been folks,” he says.

“And there is so much more coming this spring and summer.”

First and foremost, Ryan is a family man.

When he’s not working at one of the Bluewater stores, he can be found hanging out with his wife and their sons.

With summer approaching that means lots of beach days with the fam.
