Don't feel overwhelmed with mortgages and the housing market, Valley First is here to help

In this episode of Business Matters, presented by Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, Rob Cupello is joined by Paula Woodroff, the branch manager at Valley First.

Woodroff is fuelled by her passion to help other people and enjoys being a part of that journey. “We put our members at the heart of everything we do,” she says.

Although her day-to-day work as a branch manager typically includes general branch operations, developing the skills of her team and aiding clients in their business development, Woodruff's main goal in her position is to assist people in building relationships with experts that can help make their dreams a reality.

When working with her clients she tries to find out what's important to them and their short and long-term goals so Valley First can assist and get you there.

She goes on to explain that every client has a unique situation which requires a unique solution and advising people on how to reach their goals is something she thoroughly enjoys.

“We want to take a look at you from a completely holistic place,” she says.

Having an advisor to help you along your journey can be beneficial. Whether you're looking to get into the housing market or a mortgage, the knowledgeable team will gladly assist you.

Take the stress out of banking by chatting with an advisor at a local branch near you!

Listen to the full episode to hear more about what's involved in qualifying for a mortgage and how Valley First can readily assist you and your needs.
