“It is possible that the hook of one boot can catch on the lace of the other boot, posing a potential fall hazard,” Health Canada said.

The company sold 5,900 pairs of boots in Canada, 15,200 in the US and 678 in Mexico.

The affected products were sold between September 2024 to January 2025.

The company has received six reports in Canada, four of which involved minor injuries.

In the US, the company has received 28 reports, 15 of which involved injuries.

There have been no reports or injuries in Mexico.
