VIDEO: Man films epic speed flying video after jumping off Kamloops mountain

A man in Kamloops showed residents what it looks like to take flight off a mountain over the weekend.

Simon Hergott was on Mt. Paul above Sun Rivers on Friday taking part in some speed flying. The man filmed his adventure from the top of the mountain all the way to the golf course below.

Throughout the flight, he changes directions multiple times, coming very close to the ground at some points.

Hergott flies right above a herd of mountain sheep as they enjoy the grass on the golf course below.
