Arts, Creative & Cultural Innovation Committee meetings are held in Committee Room A located on the second floor of City Hall at 171 Main Street.  Please note meeting dates, times and room location are subject to change and it is recommended to check the calendar for any notices or cancellations.

Committee meetings are open to the public.  If you wish to speak at a committee meeting, please contact the Committee Secretary at [email protected] or 250-490-2406 with the topic seven (7) days in advance of the meeting to be considered as a delegate speaker.  If you are wanting to attend a meeting that begins at 8:00 am, please email the Committee Secretary for access information as City Hall does not open its doors until 8:30 am.
